i gotta feeling...that tonight's gonna be a good night

so, after posting about christopher's baseball championship yesterday,  i realized i never posted on andrews.

last year, his team won the championship game for their level.

it was such a fun night - they played the semi-final game right before the final game.

so, it was a whole night of baseball on a beautiful evening.

i remember it was exceptionally cool and windy that night, which made it all the more fun.

one of the mom's brought an ipod for the dugout and played 'i gotta feeling' throughout the night for the boys.
they were thrilled with this - singing and dancing and just having a great time.
and they really dominated that championship game.

a night they will never forget...

we had a whole catered dinner in between games, a very nice dinner for the ball field i must say.
and i remember our next door neighbor whose boys are all college and older came to watch.
that was special too.

so, i feel better that now i finally have it documented.
and again, i'm so happy for my kids and these awesome memories they will always have of their childhood.
