summer snapshot - week 5

getting our roof redone - having workers start the banging at 5am every morning :)
playing music - andrew and ella playing songs on the keyboard together.
summer breakfast: skillet potatoes seasoned with paprika & salt w/a fried egg on top.

many games of guess who this week and lots of laughs going along with it.

a clean room - had tons of legos to put away after all the building last week.
summer lunch: french bread w/avocado & tomato drizzled with balsamic vinegar & salad.
summer reading.

having friends over to hang out - michael, elise, allison, paolo, paul.
with friends: playing games, swimming, eating ice cream,
painting a butterfly house, going on rides in the petal cart, water polo.

summer dessert: homemade apple (from nani's apple tree) crisp with ice cream.
last week of basketball camp for the boys.
ella and john were in an art camp in the mornings - ella doing tai chi at the art show.
being surprised by uncle matt and aunt fallon with treats for our upcoming road trip.
